What does it take to find out my project costs? We offer a free consultation along with AutoCAD design printouts and spread sheets of all anticipated costs specific to that design.
What type of materials are used? Since these are custom cabinets, the materials used will be left up to the customer and their budget. Our shop is set up for both faceframe and frameless cabinetry. The inside of the cabinet is usually melamine or plywood with select backing.
What about door styles? W offer a wide variety of door styles. This includes your choice of edge and panel detail. If you are trying to find an existing door style we can usually match it.
What about finishes? Hardwood cabinetry requires painting or staining along with a clear coat for lasting durabilty. We can leave the finishing up to you or we can provide those services. Finishing is an additional skill that is requiered to make the finished product look its best. We can stain and clear finish all cabinetry for you in the shop.
What about hardware? We offer a huge selection of all cabinet hardware for your budget. Blum, accuride, and rev-a-shelf systems are just a few that we would recommend.
How long does the entire process usually take? This is an exciting lengthy process of which the customer usually enjoys. We strongly recommend great effort in helping the design towards exactly what is needed for storage and elegance. The design process can take as long as you want it to, with as many revisions as you desire. The building and installation process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
